Philadelphia's biggest markets never close for the winter. Headhouse takes Sunday under the old shambles on Second Street, Clark Park and Fitler Square split Saturday morning between West Philly and Fitler, and Fairmount runs Thursday afternoons — the same weeks in January as in July.
